SOUR JERK MANGO HOT SAUCE
Made in small batches by our small team in West London. The Sour Jerk mango chill sauce has been developed and refined over a number of years with inventors, Charlie and Joe, constantly tweaking and testing on friends, family and everyone in-between to create what we bottle today.
The sauce is made using 100% natural, fresh ingredients and has a sweet mango base, a citrusy burst and a liberal use of fiery scotch bonnets perfect for dipping, sloshing, pouring or soaking.

Mango 51.5%, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Chilli, Vinegar, Sugar, Limes, Lime Zest, Salt
No artificial colours or preservatives
Store in a cool, dry place. Once the bottle cap is removed, ensure the cork is fitted to prevent spoilage.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 8 weeks.
